Surface grinder: how to diagnose the servo motor fault of CNC grinder?

The fault diagnosis method of AC servo motor of grinder, surface grinder, tool grinder, precision grinder and other CNC grinder manufactured by grinder manufacturer is as follows:

① measure the DC resistance of armature winding with Multimeter or bridge and check whether there is open circuit;

② use megger to check whether the stator coil has insulation problem;

③ separate the servo motor (permanent magnet AC synchronous servo motor) of grinding machine, surface grinding machine, tool grinding machine, precision grinding machine and other CNC grinding machines manufactured by the grinding machine manufacturer from the mechanical device, and rotate the motor shaft of the servo motor of grinding machine, surface grinding machine, tool grinding machine, precision grinding machine and other CNC grinding machines manufactured by the grinding machine manufacturer by hand. Under normal conditions, there should be resistance. After turning an angle, the motor rotor shaft has a return action; if the motor shaft is turned by hand, the motor can continue to rotate and stop freely after releasing the hand, indicating that the servo electric machine of CNC grinding machine such as grinder, surface grinder, tool grinder and precision grinder manufactured by the grinder manufacturer has been damaged. If you can't rotate by hand, or if you have a lot of resistance when you rotate, you can stop when you let go, indicating that there is something wrong with the bearing or bearing seat of the mechanical part of the motor.
